The Main Entrance is on the east side of the building at 3rd Street and Maryland Avenue.

Metro: L'Enfant Plaza (Maryland Ave. or Smithsonian Museums exit)

Theater: The Rasmuson Theater is located on the First Level.

Accessibility: The museum is fully accessible. Vehicles displaying the symbol of accessibility may park in two spaces located adjacent to the museum on the northeast corner of Jefferson Drive and 4th Street, SW. Metered parking surrounds the building on all sides. Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis at both entrances.

Admission is free, admission to films is on a first-come, first served basis. No tickets are required, however you may need a Timed Entry Pass to enter the museum before the screening.
