Call for Entry

The 2009 Call for Entries is available to download as a Portable Document File (PDF). A completed entry form is required for each work submitted.

Completed forms should be printed and mailed with materials. A copy of the form can be faxed to the Film and Video Center at 212-514-3725 as well.
